We are pleased to introduce Ludo Hertroijs as Chief Executive Officer of Assai, starting December 1st, 2022. Ludo brings unique skills, perspectives, and relationships to lead Assai into the future. He has over 10 years of management experience leading software companies such as IBS, Unit4, and Cloudwise.

Willem van der Jagt, Assai’s outgoing CEO, co-founded Assai in 1990. Under his management, Assai has evolved into a leading company for document control and management supporting engineering projects and assets worldwide. In 2019, Vortex Capital Partners made a majority investment in Assai. The partnership has brought Assai to the next level in product development, client relationships and organic growth. Now, Assai enters a new phase of growth.
