As a pre-sales consultant at Assai, you manage the technical support that is required during the sales phase. You collaborate closely with sales & marketing, and product teams to bridge the prospect’s expectations in product suites and our offerings.
You will manage and provide sales support for the sales team, like giving demos, making gap analyses, etc. You attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements. You also liaise with the implementation/project team to make sure that customer requirements are considered, ensuring a smooth transition from Sales to Implementation.
Together with marketing, you organize documentation on product functionalities and manage technical sales support throughout lead development, qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, account strategy & planning.
You will bring your broad experience in pre-sales consultancy in the document management and control domain, about 9 years+. Preferrable in software to the oil- and gas or adjacent industries.
You love to give presentations and do this with confidence. A deep understanding of operational processes is key, and your analytic skills are strong. It is very important that you have an excellent and fluent knowledge of the English language.
